Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

Sometimes plans shift, and if you decide to cancel your order, we’re ready to assist. You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order or anytime before it has been shipped—whichever comes first. 
 

To cancel, just get in touch with our customer support team via email. Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll quickly verify your order status. If your order has not yet been sent out, we will proceed with cancelling it. 

For eligible cancellations, a full refund will be issued. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, generally within 5 to 7 business days. We want to make this process easy for you, ensuring peace of mind whenever your plans change. 

Orders Already Shipped 

We know how eager you are to receive your purchase. After your package has departed from our warehouse and is on its way to your address, cancellation is no longer possible. When the delivery process has begun, it cannot be stopped.
